Students

Culture becomes sustainable when ownership expands beyond the adults in the building. A poster on the wall tells students what to value. A student who helped define that value lives it, and teaches it to the student beside them.

Real culture change happens when people have time to build trust, practice new habits, develop student leaders, and create systems that continue long after we're gone.
That's why we don't simply deliver a program. We partner with schools over time to understand your culture, identify what matters most to your community, and build experiences that help those values become part of everyday life.

Culture Development Partnership
Our deepest and most transformational work. Meaningful culture change takes time, so we partner with schools over multiple years instead of dropping in for a day. We earn buy-in rather than force it, learn the culture of your school, and discover what students, staff, families, and the community actually value. Then we build customized programming around it, drawing on student leadership development, cross-age mentorship, circles, and shared experiences. Along the way, we train students and educators to lead the work themselves, until the culture runs on systems that sustain it without us.
We don't deliver a program. We help schools build their own.
Building Community Keepers
Culture lasts when the people inside the building can lead it. We train teachers, administrators, counselors, and student leaders to run circles, community-building activities, and honest conversations on their own. Through train-the-trainer models, student facilitator training, classroom implementation, and staff professional development, your school grows its own skilled facilitators, the Community Keepers who carry the work long after our visits end.
Community Kickoff
A high-energy experience that gets people excited and connected fast. Think keynote, student assembly, staff kickoff, or family engagement night, full of games, laughter, and real connection. It builds relationships and buy-in, and shows a community what becomes possible when people actually enjoy being together. It is not where we identify your school's values. That work begins with the culture analysis and discovery inside a Culture Development Partnership.

What does a Circle Values partnership cost?
It varies with the scope, from a single professional development training to a multi-year partnership. This work is often fundable through existing professional development or school-climate budgets and grants, and we are glad to help you find a structure that fits.
How is this different from a one-day assembly or SEL program?
A one-day program ends when the speaker leaves. We partner with schools over time to build belonging, student leadership, and systems your own people can sustain. Our programming is built around your school's values, never one-size-fits-all.
Who do you actually work with in the building?
The whole community: administrators, teachers, counselors, support staff, families, and especially students. Students are the most powerful culture leaders in any school, so we train them to lead alongside the adults.
How do you make the culture last after you leave?
Through Building Community Keepers, we train your teachers and student leaders to run circles and facilitation themselves, so the work keeps going long after our visits end.
