For Organizations

We help organizations become communities.

Circle Values is a culture development company. We help organizations strengthen trust, communication, belonging, leadership, accountability, and engagement, by creating cultures where people take responsibility for one another.

Book a Call
The core belief

Every organization has a culture.

The question is whether that culture was built intentionally or simply happened over time.

The strongest organizations are not built on slogans. They are built on trust. People communicate openly. They support one another. They feel connected to their team, invested in their work, and responsible for one another's success.

At Circle Values, we begin by listening. Through culture discovery, facilitated conversations, and meaningful engagement with stakeholders, we help organizations uncover the values, strengths, and stories that already exist within their community. From there, we help leaders and teams strengthen relationships, develop shared ownership, and create cultures people are proud to be part of.

Because culture is not built by policies, posters, or presentations. It is built by people.

The problem

When connection weakens, performance follows.

Most organizations do not struggle because they lack talented people. They struggle because the connection between those people erodes.

  • Communication breaks down
  • Departments operate in silos
  • Trust declines
  • Managers become overwhelmed
  • Employees disengage
  • New hires struggle to integrate
  • Values stop influencing behavior
  • People stop feeling connected

Organizations often try to solve these problems with policies, procedures, and trainings. But culture is ultimately shaped by relationships. When relationships weaken, performance suffers.

The stakes

The hidden cost of a disconnected culture

Culture is not an employee perk. It is a business investment, and disconnection is expensive.

  • Increased turnover
  • Lower engagement
  • Reduced collaboration
  • Slower innovation
  • More conflict
  • Higher manager stress
  • Poor communication across teams
  • Lower trust in leadership
A vision of success

Imagine an organization where…

  • People address problems before they become conflicts
  • New team members feel welcomed and connected
  • Leaders are trusted
  • Departments collaborate naturally
  • People communicate honestly
  • Values influence daily decisions
  • People feel ownership of the culture
  • Accountability grows through relationships
  • People support one another through challenges
  • Individuals feel valued, heard, and connected
Our approach

A different approach to culture development

Most culture initiatives begin with a presentation. We begin with people.

Culture is not built when someone tells a group what matters. It is built when people connect, share experiences, practice values, and support one another. The strongest cultures are not the ones people can recite. They are the ones people can feel.

That is why our work is active, engaging, and participatory. We create opportunities for people to listen, contribute, lead, and belong. Not because culture changes in a meeting, but because it changes in the moments between people.

The goal is not temporary inspiration. The goal is creating the kind of trust, ownership, and connection that people carry with them long after the session ends.

Why it works

People are more likely to care about someone once they understand them.

When people have the opportunity to listen, share experiences, and see one another as human beings, something begins to change. Assumptions soften. Empathy grows. Relationships strengthen.

From there, trust becomes possible.

That is why our work focuses on creating meaningful opportunities for people to connect, listen, and learn from one another. Because culture changes when people do.

This is not guesswork. Our approach draws on established research in organizational psychology, self-determination theory, psychological safety, and belonging, translated into practice rather than theory. It is evidence-based programming led by Pat Fish, who holds a master's in industrial-organizational psychology.
